Great Value! Great for Older vehicles (Pre-OBDII)
Bought this to replace a Magnaflow cat. Followed my smog guy's break-in recommendation, and went thru smog test easily. Put a 100 miles on it before test. Freeway mostly, to really get it hot (You will smell it, which is good, means its heating up and activating the core. The smell goes away.) 1991 Chevy Blazer 5.7L TBI, 4wd

Works great
I couldn't pass my local emissions control with my '94 Chevy C2500. Replaced the worn out cat with this one and passed no problem. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 was that it wasn't actually a direct fit for the truck even though Amazon listed it first when I put my truck info in; instead of being able to do it myself I had to take it to a local shop and have them install it. The description does call it a "Universal Fit" so it is what it is. The guys at the shop also said it was an okay cat but not one they would put on their vehicles. I'm satisfied though; it's doing the job.

Goter done. PASSED GAS smog emission
Van running well computer ok no engine lite. Fear no emission test.... Picked up a 3 inch pipe and some clamps at peppy boys. Saved 60 70$ difference from direct fit cat.. Got recip saw and goter done. 1992 gmc 3500 van 8500 lb.

Pass your emisions - removed magnaflow and installed this Walker Cat. PASSED in the double digits.
Installed this on my 93 Chevy k1500. Was failing emisions, Nox was over 1800 ppm. Was aloud 1200 or 1400 ppm. After install my Nox dropped to 2 ppm and 15 ppm on Dino test. Had ZERO CO2 across the board and HC were in the 20's. This truck had struggled to pass for the last 4 years. Had replaced everything emisions related prior to installing this three way cat.GREAT price and works. Thanks...

Do research
Make sure you find the right part number. I ordered one because it said universal but it was not big enough to put out the right numbers for smog in CA.
