Works well with polymer clay

Just what I needed
These are perfect for my sculpting of miniature soldiers (not teeth)! The items are very sturdy.

Strong, well made carvers
The tools are well made out of good grade stainless steel that provides a fair amount of 'spring return'. The knurled sections are spot on, deep enough to provide good grip with no sharp points and ragged edges that are sometimes found with knurls.

Great for plasticine/clay but less so for wax
This set of four steel sculpting tools have a combined total of 7 different heads (tool shapes). Each of the four tools has two knurled areas on the handle to provide grip. The tools are strong and sturdy. I can recommend them for plasticine and clay sculpting. They are quite broad tools so I'm not too convinced about using them for detail on wax. Certainly if I were looking to scuplt a ring from wax, I would not recommend these. In term,s of value for money, it's about £1 per tool shape. They will last a lifetime though, so good value.
