I had hoped there wouldn't be any frosted ones. I'm too old to be wearing sparkling eye shadow. I thought since it said neutrals it wouldn't be frosted but several of the colors are. Otherwise it's fine. Very compact because really I've never used a whole pallet anyway. The browns are good and go on well. It's inexpensive.

I love the colors. But the eye shadow itself turns to a powdery mess. If you’re even able to apply with the terrible applicators they give you.

I like the multi compact for travel and it works especially well for my hazel eyes, I like the pastel shades rather than the smokey eye, but the purple can be muted to lavender using the tan or pink shadows on the brush first, and the lavender looks good on the upper brow with the pale green or blue on the lower lid. This color set works really well for my fair skin and blonde hair and I don't look like a freak, vampire or "lady of the night". Having one compact with 8 shadows makes it so easy to drop in my overnight case, and still have a number of options. I only wish that Maybelline hadn't discontinued this palette, not everyone who wears makeup is a 20 something who wants dark eyes, and mature women need to have makeup as well, so cosmetic companies take notice.Most mature women want subtle, not dramatic eye colors.

The included varied shades of basic colors allows for shading on the finished application. The glitter is only present in the lightest shade, is very subtle, and allows a brightening of the finished product. I have very sensitive eyes which react easily in allergic reactions. This product has been very tolerable to my eyes.

The colors are really pretty and just what mom needed. However, I wonder how old the shadow is? The foam brushes that came inside the shadow had turned to a sticky gummy mess. They did however include 2 extra foam brushes in a separate bag. That tells me they know the brushes were melted in the shadow it's self. Mom was glad they provided the extra applicators.

This is my go-to palette and I'm really happy with it. The colors are nice neutrals and it's not a bad mix of matte and sparkle. The sparkle can be a bit much for work, but it's good for evenings. I don't feel like I have to reapply, but i'm also not someone who takes time to fix makeup. Compared to fancier brands like Clinique or Coastal Scents, I feel like the quality is about the same for less money. I also like that it's small since the Boyfriend occasionally thinks he's entitled to half of our tiny urban counter space.

Nice colors more smaller I thought, for the look of the picture , but good to travel with thats what I will do with eye shadows
