Haritaki tablets from this brand are too fragile. Easily breaks. When I opened the bottle found that many tablets were already broken.Can't comment on effectiveness as I haven't used for a longer period.

This is my first experience with Punarnava tablets. I feel very blessed to have come across this Ayurvedic gem and even though I have no other brand to compare it to because it’s my first experience I will say that within three days I am experiencing many of the good benefits I read about in other reviews on this thread. I suddenly and for no apparent reason feel so much LESS PAIN in my body, notably my knees, my entire chest area, my stomach, and my feet. I thought that because it was a diuretic I might feel like I was losing important fluids but it’s the opposite I can tell it knows exactly which fluids to drain from the body that are a result of kapha imbalances and general stagnation. I feel so amazing and I feel like I have been waiting for something to do this for over a decade and didn’t know it existed the entire time! This amazing remedy is like a Jack of all trades, I can feel it helping my digestion, my breathing, and just any water retention that is causing irritability, I thought working out and various types of yoga would have helped me with these issues already but this is an inside job not something that you can achieve externally. As a disclaimer I take my Punarnava tablets together with Guggle and so I don’t know if they are more powerful together but I can say the amazing results only came after I added these Punarnava tablets.

My fathers (90 years old) platelet count went from 88 to 129 after 8 days of using this. First blood test was done a month ago by primary which showed 88. After taking this for 8 days he went to hematologist who repeated test and it showed 129.
