I like other formulas better. It needs a little improvement in taste.

This has great flavor and great spice. Not overly spicy, but definitely not bland, either. It is full of tender vegetables in a delicious tomato-based sauce. It is super convenient and easy to prepare, just a minute or so in the microwave. I did not give it a full five stars because the sodium level is very high (and I love salt). It tasted salty enough on its own, that as others have suggested, it would be best eaten over bland rice. Since it is quite salty and aggressively seasoned, I have added water to mine and made it into a type of soup. Granted, that is not authentic, but I enjoy the taste of it when prepared that way and it is very comforting. Also, there is a bit of oil on the top of the product after heated. This may bother some, but it adds flavor and a nice mouthfeel. It could easily be spooned off of the product.

My wife and I have been trying to make a perfect korma from scratch that replicates the Indian restaurant experience, but we can't quite seem to nail it. Sadly, this "heat and eat" korma from Kitchens of India seems to get much closer to the mark than all of our made-from-scratch variants!Although not the healthiest meal, the KOI Navratan Korma is a very tasty meal than can be made instantly by pouring it in a bowl and popping it in a microwave. You can also mix together multiple bags and throw it on the stove for a few minutes if you're making a bigger meal. Personally, I like throwing in some pre-cooked, frozen chicken breast chunks to make a heartier meal.
