Looks more expensive than it is
Love this futon! The only reason I gave it a 4⭐️ Is because it was missing 3 tiny brackets. It took forever for the pieces to ship so it’s sat on my office floor for weeks. Overall beautiful color and quality.

No arms? No legs.
My couch came in great shape, except for one thing- without the arms. I heard back a brief message about how they’ll process my request, but nothing since, and I can’t put the feet on without them. Essentially, the couch is useless. I’ll update if this gets resolved but it’s been infuriating
