This product has lots of vitamin B6 for energy and lots of flavor. More other stuff like ginseng and other herbs. It good for you and very favorable.

These are the BEST flavor sticks I have found. I use one each morning in a 64oz Yeti tumbler and it starts my day off right! I love the citrus flavor. It’s the only caffeine I have and they were recommended by my doctor.

Not fizzy at all.
No fizzy at all, they feel old and stale to drink. I’ve ordered them from a different supplier and they’re not meant to taste like this. Box arrived all squished too. Would recommend this product as they’re great for workouts, but order from somewhere else.
