The earbuds fit well into my ear with the rubber grommets supplied, with the option of other sizes in the pack for different shaped ears. I put them on back to front first of all, and whilst they fit OK, they do work a whole lot better the right way round. The part of the cable that curves over the top of your ear is pliable and comfortable, ensuring a comfortable fit. Without going to the trouble and expense of going to a specialist to get a mould of your ear made and then a perfectly tailored pair of IEMs, this is an excellent and cost-efficient alternative. I wear them for hours at a time and they remain comfortable. Sound isolation is good, so you don't have to have the volume cranked up to the point that your ears ring after prolonged wearing. The Earphones are simply plugged INTO EITHER the supplied WIRED lead OR plugged into the BT Neck device. In other words, you have the CHOICE of using these 'IE 100 PRO Wireless' EITHER as WIRED or BT - you effectively get 4 bits of kit: 2 x Earphones, 1 x Wired 3.5mm audio lead (NO MIC), 1 x BT neck - so you either plug the earphones into the WIRE lead OR the BT neck adapter.
