If you like pain then this is good for you. It does make your neck pain go away but you have to lay on this hard piece of plastic for awhile before you get use to it and then your neck pain will go away.

Did nothing for me

I was enjoying this on the first and second level. When I wanted a deeper stretch on the third level, it kept popping out of place. And that can be really frustrating and scary when you are trusting it to support your head and neck. Now I’m afraid to use it bc just when I am relaxed and stretching my neck, it collapsed without warning. I have followed all directions. It’s just poorly designed.

I really hoped it would relieve some intractable pain. I tried it on the floor and couldn't get away from it fast enough. It hurt! And then getting up of the floor was is own challenge, so I tried using it on/in the recliner I used for almost everything, from working on my laptop to napping. It was better than the floor but still was to uncomfortable to use. So it's waiting for me to sell it on Amazon!!
