This is great to play with while I am talking or listening to others. The magnet is also super strong. The dye and magnetized putty do separate if you leave it alone long enough, but it incorporates ni ely back together

When I initially opened this, I almost sent it back. It was a lot more oily than I expected at first, especially since it is described as being non-staining and fairly clean. It never stained though and after a couple weeks of using it, I really like this stuff. It quickly lost the "oily" look and feeling and became a good thing to keep my hands busy at my desk. Sidenote: it really helps with my anxiety while I work from home, so thank you. Very happy with my purchase ultimately!

Thought this was a great idea, but unless you really spend time working the putty and making it soft and warm, it doesn't work super well with the magnet like the pictures show. If the putty is not soft and warm enough, the magnet just kind of picks up the pieces of magnet in the slime stuff without moving the slime. Probably wouldn't recommend because of that. But if you are willing to spend time with it (which my kid wasn't) I guess it could be cool.

I See many people saying they have a hard time opening the tin. I HAD NO PROBLEM. But I had thought of a solution while reading reviews. Put the tin in the freezer for a little while. Tin will pull a vacuum with the cold, but the putty will not hold the top to the bottom like glue. No damage to the tin.

The picture and description were very misleading. The putty is much thicker than pictured, and it does NOT follow the magnet the way the picture shows. It is the consistency of silly putty. It will cling to the magnet if you put the magnet next to it, but it does not "flow" to the magnet as shown in the picture. I was disappointed.
