Q: Are the ABS pump head and mounting base free from fingerprints, discolorations and water stains like you see on the metal ones?

I haven't installed them yet, but we have taken them out of the box and looked at them, I don't recall seeing fingerprints but I wasn't focused on that. Sorry I can't be more help

Q: how long is the spout. The one I have now is too short to reach over enough for some of my pans.

2.75 inches from the od of the pedestal, ~3.5 inches from the center.

Q: My kitchen marble countertop is 1.5" thick. Will this fit under this countertop?

Yes. Be warned that it is poor quality. In the long run paying more for all metal at Home Depot is worth it!
