KAL Great Brand
I've been taking this supplement for over a year, and it has become part of my daily routine. Since switching to this brand, I've been very happy with the results and have noticed a positive difference in how I feel, especially in the quality of my sleep. The capsules are easy to swallow, the product is consistently high quality, and the price is excellent for what you get. Shipping is always quick, which is another reason I continue ordering it. Whenever I finish a bottle, I reorder because it's a supplement I don't want to be without. If you're looking for a reliable, high-quality supplement at a reasonable price, I highly recommend giving this one a try. It's been a great addition to my daily wellness routine.

Best sleep ever
I used to struggle with leg and foot cramps as I tried to fall asleep. I take 3 of these capsules an hour before bed and haven’t had a leg or foot cramp since. They also help with post-workout muscle recovery.

Great Supplement At A Decent Price
I switched to KAL because it's made in the US and is a high quality supplement at a decent price. Glycinate is made in GMP-certified facilities and lab-verified for purity, potency, and identity, including checks for heavy metals and contaminants. Also, glycinate is highly absorbable.

Great quality, helps me sleep so much better
The mid-life insomnia season was dragging me down- I tried different brands of Mag Glycinate, but did not find any other that worked as well for me as this brand does. This one has been a lifesaver for me in getting better rest again!

Not good
I used this product before and found it very effective. After a long break, I wanted to use it again and placed an order. However, it seems like this product isn't original; I haven't seen any effect.
