I was looking for plastic hanger for t-shirts and I saw these recommended by Amazon, so I took a chance and ordered a set of 50 hangers. They're pretty expensive at .70 cents a piece when you can get 10 to 12 plastic hangers for $1 at Walmart (maybe it's $2 now with all the price hikes). But, these hangers look really cook, especially since my clothes rod is also Steele. I was surprised at the space savings using these hangers vs. the plastic hangers and I can now store probably about 20% more clothes in the same space. The hangers have a good weight to them and are long enough for mens large or XL shirts. I would purchase again if the price drops a little.

If you're ordering hangers, pay attention to the size. The previous batch I ordered from a different vendor were decently made but sized for children's clothes. I wear a medium shirt and the ends seriously stopped about halfway between the collar and the sleeve. They were unusable and my children are my size so... These are much better. The ends go nearly to the seam between the yoke and the sleeve so my shirts hang right and don't get a funny bump in the middle of my shoulders. They're much thicker/stiffer than the typical dry-cleaner wire hanger and they haven't gotten all tangled up yet so I'm hopeful.

I upgraded to these from the cheap plastic hangers. These are defiantly not cheap dry cleaner metal hangers - they are thin but feel substantial and look very nice. They slide much better and the narrower profile leaves more room in my closet. I ordered 200 and they were all perfect - no flaws. I love them so much I actually just ordered another 50!

Don't hesitate...assuming you're as unhappy with your current hangers as I was. Cheap, plastic hangers would seem to do what one would expect...except that they don't. They break easily and they don't support heavier items with any reliability. I would never have envisioned writing a review for hangers...but here we are. These are the best damn hangers I have ever used...and happily now own!

I love this hanger. The product is exactly as described by Wendy the seller which I really appreciate. Hats off to a great product and hats off to an A+ seller. I gave it 4 stars for light weight because it is made sturdy so not light weight like plastic.
