I do notice a difference when taking this. I take it 30 min before my hours boxing class. The taste isnt that bad, but id definately suggest mixing it with juice as with water the taste is a little weird but not the worst. Its nice knowing there isnt loads of chemicals.

I have emailed Vivo life about this product. It has an off odour/taste. Especially if you have it in a sport bottle and open it intermittently. The smell is unpleasant when you open the bottle. It’s a bit like veg/fruit peelings in a bin on a hot day.
