These really help keep my feet soft when I use them along with my foot cream during the night. I don't really use them during the day unless I have time to sit as due to the silicone in the heal part your foot slips about in them when used with cream so better to use them when you go to bed. But really good product as your feet can still breathe in them.

The silicon inside is comfortable but it was not affective in healing the heals.

My heels crack so bad to the point it hurts to walk and honestly nothing has ever really cleared them up. After just one night of using this product they instantly look and feel better. If you struggle with cracked heels you really need to buy this product!!

Actually it leaves sooth right after you remove the socks (heels still humid) but once it dries the cracks appear again. Maybe if you apply a cream before the socks that could help.
