These chia seeds are excellent—organic, gluten-free, and fresh. They mix easily into smoothies, yogurt, or oatmeal and give a nice texture without any weird taste. I feel good adding them to my diet for extra fiber and nutrients. Definitely a staple in my pantry.

These are great tasting and I love making chia pudding to eat every morning. I feel like they have helped in my hair shedding since I started using it. My hair isn’t coming out in clumps anymore. I just got another bag and will keep using it as long as I see results. It has helped with my joint pain also. This a great product, great company and it is affordable to continue using.

They are very good. The seeds seem to stick to my teeth but a glass of water washes them away. They have many health benefits! They can easily be used in cereal & yoghurt!
