I should have taken a photo; perhaps I shall later and post it.This item cannot hold up my iPhone 12PROMAX.I followed directions and even mimicked the image i saw on amazon.The phone stood on a slant. As I was looking at my macbook screen the phone is on the left.The bottom right corner had to touch the side wall of the monitor so it tilted. And I couldnt get to the control button to switch the phone ON or OFF.My second choice was to jut the entire side wall of the phone against the side wall of the monitor's screen. Well that may have held it in place but truly not 100% functional for me.Switching it to the other side of the monitor's screen (as you're facing the screen, I'm referring to the right).The ringer button, and the other 2volume control buttons would be jut up abasing the side wall of the monitor.So, I give this accessory a later grade of "F" as in it FAILED.It's not engineered as beautifully as it's seen in photographs here on Amazon.I'd rather have my phone on a stand I purchased. that works perfectly.Next......

I installed this behind my display on my Model 3 and it works great. The adhesion did not appear to be great so we will see how it does this summer. So far it is holding strong and can be tucked away when not in use and then pulled down to hold my phone when needed. I like it.

I was skeptical when purchasing a computer-adhesive MagSafe accessory because I really didn’t believe it would hold my phone, or that it would stick to the computer. Boy was I wrong on both accounts.This does exactly what it needs to. My phone now sits perfectly next to my computer, and, being in sales, I can scroll through my leads list and use my phone to cold-call while having my Bluetooth earbuds connected, leaving me hands free.It sticks well, holds the phone perfectly (so long as you have a MagSafe case or leave your phone unprotected) and is compact enough to still allow me to carry my laptop in my backpack. A great product for a great price 👍🏻

I bought two of these and have attached one on each side of my laptop screen. I can fold them out of the way if I want. They're sturdy and the magnet works great. This gadget allows me to use my cell without holding it...a great advantage when I'm working.

I like the idea of it. Just don't like when I'm done using it and put it up to the back of the laptop so i can store it away. The screen turns black. Makes me nervous. I googled what magnets do to laptops so I'm wondering if there is a solution to this.
