Colourful, not overpowering, clean
I used these in my daughter's icing, no food colouring needed, it was the perfect alternative. Does not alter the taste but sure made them pretty pink!

Love it! Buy this for the color, not taste!
The taste is very very mild so if you really want that dragon fruit flavor, you’re better off just buying the fruit. But the color is incredible. Very bright magenta that looks almost too good to be natural. Perfect for making your own safe and natural pink sauce at home… and also pink smoothies of course.
