I bought these at about 2 weeks postpartum from my last c-section about 2 years ago. After my previous two c-sections, I had switched over to some spanx control top panties when I was fed up with my binder and they worked well, but were uncomfortable and easily stained, so I wanted to try something new. I don't know how I ended up on this set, but I am SO HAPPY I did!These somehow manage to offer greater compression than the Spanx, yet are more comfortable. I had a low transverse incision and the control top part started about 1 cm or about 1/2 an inch above my incision, but they managed to make me feel pulled together. I did not feel like my guts were going to go flying out my incision if I laughed, coughed, or sneezed. As all moms know, your lower belly is very jiggly right after birth and these did a phenomenal job stopping the jiggle and sucking things in postpartum. My only complaint is that the thigh holes are cut a bit small - my thighs are by no means large but they felt fairly pinchy in the groin area where it's cut out for the thighs.I am 5'3" and was 150 lbs at delivery - about 135 lbs when I first bought these. I purchased a size small and they fit great. Once I got down to about 115-120 lbs I bought a second set in size XS and those had greater control for my still wobbly, jiggly tummy. The stitching was great, the fabric was soft, and I very much appreciated the fact that the crotch was made out of cotton and not a synthetic.These panties are practical - not lingerie to impress your husband. My husband groaned every time he saw me pull these out of the dresser with glee. It is for that reason that I did not mark them well for flattering. However - the purpose of these panties is NOT to be flattering. Think of them more as a low grade medical device (an easier binder alternative) to help you feel better after a c-section.

Los compré por los comentarios que leí acerca de que comprimen el abdomen y NO, creí que me quedarían demasiado apretados por comentarios que leí y NO.Mido 159 y peso 50kg, mido 63xm de cintura y 92cm de cadera.Si tienes medidas como las mías, la talla XS te quedará perfecta (ojalá hubiera XXS).Basate en la tabla de medidas que viene en la página, así sabrás que talla pedir (no te bases en tu talla común, mejor en la tabla y midete).Yo leyendo los comentarios, crei que la S me quedaría, pero al ver la tabla de medidas la XS es la que más se acercaba a mis medidas y me quedo perfecta.NO COMPRIMEN, si acaso tendrán una compresión ligera, pero nada como describen los comentarios de que aprietan mucho o esconden el abdomen. Quizá si pides 1 talla menos si te compriman, pero en mi caso ya no hay XXS.Llegaron limpios, sin roturas ni descosidos.Si buscas unas bragas cómodas, de algodón, que no aprieten, y que las costuras no estén muy marcadas, están perfectos.Todo es de algodón y obviamente el puente también.Y si, si son de tiro alto, al ombligo o ligeramente arribita (también depende que tan alta seas y que tan largo sea tu torso.
