Q: Is these suitable for motorcycle? How about the warm-keeping ability ? Is it restrictive when doing exercise ?

I did a lot of walking with these on in -14 conditions up steep slopes, through forests etc they did not restrict at all and I wore them under stretch jeans

Q: i am 5ft 10 and skinny so want to know how long they are? as i think I will probably need a small or medium?

You should probably get a medium. I am 5ft8 and slim and I got the medium and it was an exact fit.

Q: Is it stretchability really suitable for the women with the hight of 5.9''and wearing 7-9 size pants?

'm 5.7". The one I ordered is one size larger than usual.It fit me well, thermal long johns for women just fit my ankles and elbows and not too tight that no need to adjust the position of the elbow. So the one size larger can give you more flexibility instead of becoming looser. The price is low, just try a larger size.

Q: Is it worthful under 0 degrees of temperature? Mostly thermals are not worthful under o degree temperature...

Not sure yet but the quality of fabric looks and feel nice and comfortable. Will see if it will keep me warm when the temperature drop later.
