Happy little girl.
Bought this as a gift for my 4 year old. She was very happy. The dolls are pretty and good quality clothing.

Beautiful. Exceeds Expectations
I knew about these dolls for a while and had them saved in my cart. Fortunately they were on sale for $36 for Memorial Day weekend. I bought them right away. The dresses are beautiful. I’ve actually felt the material on the cheaper ones and they are the crackly stuff that sort of looks like satin. These are far better quality. Anna’s jacket is actually embroidered. Elsa has strands of glitter threaded into her hair. There are crystals on her bodice as the buttons. Her under skirt is a cheaper satin, but there’s a shimmering net fabric over it that looks almost like chiffon. The darker part of the skirt is velvet. I thought crushed velvet at first but the more I felt it actually is velvet. The bodice is made of a nice satin. Anna’s dress is lovely. Far better than any I’ve seen except for a Saks Fifth Avenue one that I saw on eBay selling for over a $1000. It is true that the eyelashes are long but overall it still looks nice on their faces. Their shoes are pretty and over all I love this set. I’ve seen the cheaper ones in person and they are nowhere near the quality of these dolls. I’ve wanted this set. It’s rare for one thing to see Anna in a color other than green or the colors of her traveling dresses that I think clash a bit with her hair. I also loved Elsa’s dress from the beginning of this show as well. It does exceed my expectations. Even my Mother was impressed. (I’m an adult whose been collecting Barbie and Disney dolls since I was 12.) Back then Barbie made the Disney dolls and they were better quality. The quality of these dolls makes me think that Disney is getting better at what they’re doing.I also know fabric. My mother is a professional seamstress who used to make clothes for such stores as Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom. I grew up learning about fabrics. I’ve also been sewing since I was seven. I know the differences in the feel of the fabrics. For instance most in store Frozen dolls are made of a material that is cheaper in feel and quality than satin lining. It’s cheap. Elsa’s bodice is made of a more lush satin than I’ve ever seen in one of these dolls. And the velvet isn’t the most expensive kind but it still is a lovely velvet. Both dolls have good fabric and are well made. If you really have issues with the eyelashes you might consider looking at what’s behind them and then trimming them with a small, sharp pair of sewing scissors.I’d like to add that my cat also approves. She was sniffing Anna’s dress and licking it. That means great approval from the boss.

Great present and amazing. Quality!
They are amazing quality and my niece loves them. She feels like she is actually brushing real hair.

Eyelashes!
The dolls are good quality, but they've put "real" eyelashes on them and they look very odd. Almost scary. They can't be removed so we cut them down to look more presentable. Whoever had the idea of false eyelashes on these dolls, should be sent back to Square ONE.

Super cute dolls, WILL need an eyelash trim though.
I knew going into this that the eyelashes were going to be intense (thanks, everyone who shared photos!). I got a discounted open box set, and when it arrived, I was immediately impressed by both the quality of the outfits and the extreme length of the eyelashes. After a quick trim with my tiny sewing scissors, the dolls are beautiful. My daughter is going to love them, and the outfits are so much nicer than the base Hasbro dolls with the details just printed on. These dresses have gorgeous detailing and a petticoat layer for fullness.I’d expect the eyelashes to be better on such a premium doll set. But for the price I paid, I feel like I got a good deal and I KNOW I’m going to have a very happy birthday girl.If you’re going to gift these, I recommend opening the box gently and trimming the lashes first (I’ve included a before and after— I’m no doll artist but they look much nicer now). They’re just off-putting otherwise, which is a pity because the dolls really are extraordinarily beautiful otherwise.
