Is this the equivalent of ceramic coating for matte paint ?

It's not just the equivalent - it IS a ceramic coating for matte paint!

I have a satin black / matte paint job with no clear coat is this safe to apply to my paint job even though it doesn’t have a clear coat?

Our coatings are safe for single-stage and two-stage paint.

I'm using this product for my matte vinyl. Can I also use this on windshield and side glass too to make them hydrophobic?

It's fr Matte finish applications. I would guess that it would leave a defused surface that would lose the sheen of glass and give it a foggy appearance. But it definitely would be hydrophobic! Try it on a piece old of glass first. Better yet use is a gloss version.

If your careful, it applies very evenly and shouldn't need additional coats. One coat on my G63 "Designo Matte Grey" and it looked like the day I bought it!

No applicator or micro fibre towel included

There wasn’t any sponge applicator or Microfibre towel included, although shown in product pictures. Was all set to apply Ceramic coating but will have to now wait for Sponge applicator to be delivered. Felt a bit cheated, as I will now have to order sponge applicator and plan for another day ( a day when it is not going to be raining for atleast 24 hours ).
