Looks exactly as the image on website, came in well packed. It’s beautiful, with strong handle and good quality cap.

Within 3 month of purchase, the jar cracked from its handle. Worst quality material. Complete waste of money

Excellent product light weight

The jug is similar to what I already possess and not sleek and tall as depicted in the picture. More like shorter and wider! Otherwise good. I won't be returning it because I need one right now and I've waited 4 days already.

The item is wide at the bottom and very narrow at the top, making it very difficult to clean. Despite this, I bought three of these jugs from different sellers, each showing a different brand. However, all three jugs cracked around the 3-month mark. This may be the reason the same, identical item is sold under different brands: so that when one cracks, you might try another brand.

Base is very broad ; handle is doubtful whether it will take load if the pitcher is filled to the top . Somewhat disappoined
