Measures LO for everyone's ears
This is a joke. Becos of promotion i decided to try this instead of the usual braun. After following the instructions and setting everything like dates time etc, i tested and it always measures as LO (under 28degree celcius), no matter whose ear although it can measure the room temp. Most importantly my son jus started having fever an hour ago and i am stuck with the old school mouth thermometer. I bought this because my braun died on me after 6yrs.

Waste of money. Apparently my temperature is currently 76.1 degrees. And one second later 99.9. Different reading every time. Do not buy.

Already outdated and not sure of accuracy
Not sure of accuracy. Different reading every few minutes. No probe covers. Can't find any covers that fit this particular thermometer here on Amazon. Wish I had purchased a 'no touch' thermometer in the first place. Not happy with purchase.

I love this product because of the convenience made with the ...
I love this product because of the convenience made with the technology used. The infrared technology gives me my results almost instantly which is great when dealing with young and fussy children and then gives me a quick indication of whether the temperature is good and/or bad with the use of smiley faces. It also allots 10 memory spaces which I love because I can track the progression of my/my children’s temperature without having to write it down or go off my memory. It’s simply just easy to use and well-designed.
