Works great! Just wish it included a battery. I would understand if it was a AA or AAA; but it has one of those odd A23 batteries. Luckily I had one laying around.

Worked perfect.
I took a chance. We somehow lost the original and couldn’t even use the fan. There’s a lot of info out there about which will work, how to program, ect.. I’m still not sure how much of it is accurate. From memory, this looked like the original, so I took a chance and ordered it. It worked with no issues right out of the package.

Replacing old remote was easy - just copied the pin arrangement inside the remote.
I only had to program this remote (not the ceiling fan too) because I already had 1 old remote which I opened to copy the same pin arrangement in the new remote, then put in an A23 battery, and it works! I used the wall mount holder to put it on wall to act as a light switch. I am ordering a 2nd one so the holder can be mounted on a different wall as my old remote is missing the holder. Love it!
