No soaking needed
Very fine grind, therefore no need to soak it overnight and cooks quickly. Really good texture and flavor. One bag lasts a long time. Good product.

I use the fine ground cracked wheat as bedding for Meal Worms. The extra fine grind is perfect for screening the worms from the bedding. This is the only thing I will used from now on.

Not bulgur nor suitable for tabbouli
Note the bag says "cracked wheat", not bulgur. We can't use this for tabbouli, which required pre-cooked bulgur.
