It's garlic powder and it tasted like garlic powder. When I bought it, it was a good value purchase. It may still be when you're reading this.

I like the price, but its alittle too powder. Good flavor just be aware not to use to much to fast because it will just clogged together.

When it says "fine" garlic powder, that's what they mean....it's literally like garlic flour...not the granulated garlic powder we'd usually expect. That said, tastes great and makes very creamy sauces full of garlic flavor!
