My daughter is 10 years old, she uses this mat to practice, to paint her nails and her friends nails. It saves my tabletops and is easy to clean. She makes different designs allows them to dry and they peel up nicely for her to apply them to her nails. If a 10 year old can use it well I am sure others can. She is happy with the product. (Not sure what professionals would say as we are not professionals) I would recommend this product though.

I love that I can swatch colors on the mat and create nail art to peel off and use. It is very large so you have a lot of room. It is pretty hard to clean and stains easily though. To get off flakes of polish or cotton/lint etc I have to wash in soap and water and dry with something lint free.

Let me say that I do a lot of nail stamping and I do my nails multiple times in a week. I bought this thinking it would be easy to clean like most silicone mats. For the most part, it is. I know that you can either peel the polish off, or you can use a lint roller and it just takes it off super easily. This mat will do so for thicker spots of polish, but not anything thin like when you scrape off a scraper from nail stamping. Maybe I’m doing it wrong, I don’t know, but that aspect is very annoying for me. Other than that, it serves its purpose and protects my table from the mess, so I can’t rate it badly.

This mat is perfect for nail art design. I like the color swatches and different fingernail shapes. This mat allows me to be creative and contain the mess. It covers a large area and is easy to clean.

This mat is wonderful it's Large, Thick but Flexible, Easy to Clean, Has all of your Main Colors, Nail Types, Grids for Decals and Stickers...But, the one thing that keeps it from being perfect is it's transparent. I have a black folding table I work on and all of the images disappear except for the colors. I tried it on the bathroom cream counter but the formica print shows thru. I bought a second brand at the same time that is solid white with a marbling cup and rhinestone holder because I couldn't decide which one to get. If I could combine them both, Wow that would be the perfect mat. I tried to place white paper under it but it makes the mat slide. I just found a white table to match my black one for $26 on Amazon. This is slowly becoming an expensive nail mat,lol.

This mat does a great job of doing many things. It’s easy to stamp on and clean up is easy. It’s big, so if you want a large mat, this will fit the bill. The only con I would say is that it’s not completely opaque so if you want to see a stamp design on a white background, you’ll have to put it on white nail polish. If you just put it on the mat, it’s translucent and kind of takes on the color of whatever is underneath. Otherwise, this was a great buy!

it was a little big for my use so I cut it in quarters. You don't have to worry about getting nail polish on it, just wait until it dries and peel it off. When it gets dirty, just wash it with soap and water. Easy peasy. Only one complaint. There is no white dot on the mat. There are other colors including black, but no white.
