Updated review: I returned it.
My original review, giving this 5 stars, is below. I'll just add a few lines to explain why I've edited the review and changed the rating to 1 star.Edit:I finally got to use the pad on a 3-day camping trip. The first night, the pad deflated within 2 to 3 hours of me sleeping on it. I re-inflated it, only to have it once again deflate. And I did the same again a couple of hours later. This happened each night. Fortunately I had a blanket I was able to fold to make a sleeping pad. This thing was a complete and utter failure.I chose to return it for a refund rather than a replacement. There's no reason for me to think I'd have better luck with another of the same item. I'll probably buy a closed-cell self-inflating pad, since there's almost no-chance of one of those going flat and ruining a camping trip.Bottom line: I recommend not buying the Dehumi pad.Original Review:I'll be using this pad in a few weeks during a 3-day camping get-together. If I have anything to add after that, I will update this review.I inflated the pad, lay down on it, and even put a sleeping bag on it and took a nap on it. I left it fully inflated for 24 hours and saw no sign of air leakage. A few notes:- I actually found it easier to inflate it by using my hands to work the built-in pump. It was less awkward that way, and it took about 2 minutes to fully inflate it. Pretty effortless.- When fully inflated, the pillow seems too large, especially if you're a side-sleeper. I let out a little bit of air and the pillow was just about perfect without sacrificing any support from the pad.- It's very easy to deflate it, roll it up, and fit it back in the carrying bag.- Looks like it will be great for camping in areas that have hard or uneven ground, tree roots, etc.- Rolled up it's only about 15 inches long by 5 inches in diameter, so it should be easy to strap to a backpack without being bulky.Bottom line: I have no reservations about recommending this pad (at least initially). It seems to be made of quality materials, and I'm optimistic it will hold up to repeated use.

Super easy to inflate, deflate, and pack
I bought this to use on a hardwood floor during a family vacation and for future camping trips. This is the easiest air mattress to inflate. The pump is built into the mattress. It only took a minute or so to fill the mattress by pumping with my foot.It was a bit difficult to get a fitted sheet on, because the mattress is lightweight and folds easily. It wouldn't lay flat with the fitted sheet until someone laid on it. Next time, I'll just use two flat sheets or a sleeping bag.It isn't as wide as traditional twin air mattresses, but that was a trade off we were okay with because of it's compact packing size.We usually use a traditional twin size air mattress and battery powered air pump. Our old school air mattresses would make super loud squeak sounds on the hard wood floors and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. I thought we'd see if these thinner ones would be less noisy and they were. They're lower to the ground than the others but just as comfortable. When it's time to pack up just unplug the two plugs and the air rushes out. There are snaps on each side so it stays put when you fold it lengthwise. All the remaining air comes out as it's folded and it goes back in it's bag. I've already bought another one, because we'll be using these from now on.These are lightweight, compact, and just as comfortable as traditional air mattresses.

great sleeping air pad, but a little too narrow.
I slept on a cold cement basement floor with this, it was really just a test to see how I might like it out on camping trips. I have to say I was very impressed with this thin, lightweight air pad. Not only is it made with thin seemingly durable material, but the pad itself is not quite 4" tall yet I did not bottom out on the floor. The foot pump works great, and I think with time, I'll get to know exactly where to stop for desired inflation. I am 63 years old so I am more likely to need cushion so I will say that having it really full felt like pressure points on the pillowed bumps of the design. With some finessing, I adjusted the air for perfect comfort. The pillow is a great design I think. I usually sleep with one of those neck pillows buy I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort level of its contour. Itdeflates in seconds really, the remaining air squeezes out as you roll it up tightly to fit back in what I think is a tiny sack. Here is the drawback, I am 5.4 at about 135 lbs and found the air pad to be too narrow. I would really like maybe 6 inches wider. I found my hand or arm or knee on the floor constantly. I would sacrifice a tad more weight to have that comfort. I move a lot during the night. There are snaps along the edges of both sides which is a great feature because my husband and I like to zip our sleeping bags together. But I think one more wouldn't be enough and attaching two more would be too much. If you don't think that's an issue for you, then you will totally love this. And it didn't break the bank!

It would be a lot nicer if they held air
I purchased two mattresses. They arrived on time and looked great. I tested both of the mattresses in my living room to ensure they would properly inflate and be comfortable. Everything appeared to work well so I deflated them, packed the car and headed out on our camping trip the next morning. When we arrived at our campsite I set up the tent, mattresses and sleeping gear. That evening when we crawled in for the night one mattress was fully deflated and the other was inflated. My assumption was that I hadn’t capped the vent properly so I checked all the fitting and inflated the mattress again. Unfortunately it would not hold air. We found several thin spots in the seams but couldn’t locate an obvious hole. My wife slept well on her mattress and I enjoyed the rocky ground. I’d recommend spending a little more money and purchasing a more established brand.

Used for a week at Scout Camp and loved it!
I am a 46-year-old mother of two boys and was excited to be joining them for a week at Boy Scout camp as a chaperone. Two weeks before I left I found out that we were actually sleeping in our own small tents and not in the more traditional canvas style tents. I was worried about my old bones sleeping for eight full days on the ground in a sleeping bag. I could not take much gear because I was driving five boys and had all their gear in my car plus extra gear was stored in the troop trailer, which filled up fast. I found this sleeping pad that inflated itself and was light weight. I thought it would be perfect. I was worried that it wouldn’t be very comfortable, but I was wrong. It inflates to a nice thick mattress so my body was off the ground. A few times throughout the week I had to add in some air but it held its thickness. I loved that you use your foot press on the inflator and it inflates in a minute. I am 5’ 7” and found the length to be very comfortable. My son is camping with his friends this weekend and he took my pad with him after he saw my comfortable set up at summer camp. I have purchased some more expensive backpacking pads in the past and found that they were so prone to getting small leaks and tears. This came in a relatively small bag and I thought, “oh, I’ll never get this back in that small bag.” Once I deflated it and rolled it up, it easily fit into the bag for easy packing.
