Healthy gut at long last!
Life changing! I've had digestive discomfort my whole life. I watched a podcast on You Tube and added this organic resistant starch to my protein shake (Antler brand protein powder) along with Tributyrin and Dr. William Davis "yogurt". Finally...relief. I feel so good!!!

Seems to be working
After having a complete stool analysis done, I knew I needed resistant starches to help feel the bacteria you can’t colonize with probiotics. I mix this with room temperature prune juice (obvious GI issues here), and it seems to be working well so far. I say that because there is definite bloating and has, so that means the bacteria are being fed and it leads me to believe it’s working. I’ll update with new colonization numbers after my next test is completed, but it’s nice to have a ready made supplement to turn to when my green bananas are no longer green to help colonize good bacteria. Can’t comment on regularity changes yet, but hoping once I’ve taken this consecutively for a month I will notice some improvement there too.
