The initial order for this hose broke the first time I used it. Inner tube burst after 2 mins of water running.The seller reached out and offered to send a replacement at no additional charge.I've used the replacement multiple times now and am very happy with it. I'm going to order a second one for the backyard now as well.One tip turn on the water slowly for this item. Don't turn the faucet on full throttle right away.

I have two 50 ft hoses. We love them but one has multiple holes and leaks alot of water??? We always turn off the water to the hose and drain them before rolling them up. I understand I have a one year warrantee - please advise. I cannot find the DuLa Seed website to inquire about the warrantee.

I’d give it 4 stars but probably deserves 4 1/2z. I’m gonna say because the hose is thinner than my old thick & heavy hose I notice the water pressure is less (not as strong a current from the sprayer). It’s a good hose though - I purchased the 100 ft length and that makes it harder to navigate to where you want to go it’s so long (not their fault but if it was lighter it would be easier to manage) or vs a shorter hose. I didn’t think of that when I bought it. It’s not as light as one that I had at my former home. All that said - all in all I’m going to stick with it as it’s durable and I can manage it better vs my heavy hose. May even buy a 2nd one.

It ripped while coiling back in… I had it out for only two weeks. I was on vacation and returned to use it for 2 weeks, then ripped. But since it’s been a “month”, I couldn’t return it. Vendor saw my comment and reached out to me personally and sent me a replacement. The replacement works very well as did the original until the rip. Will update if this one rips but it seems it was probably a fluke!

This hose is supposed to still be under warranty but somehow Amazon shows no way to return it. When I use it, i carefully empty and retract, coil and hang on hose hangar. However, since use in mid-May it now has developed a leak near near the connection to the faucet in the actual fabric of the hose. The leak seems to be s long defect in the hose. I have multiple other hose of they same variety but not this brand and none of them have done this. After less than 5 months of use, it is a total waste. -ARGH
