Essentially a brand new computer
Only got the computer yesterday, so this review could be subject to change. However, so far it works amazing and I see no difference between this and a brand new laptop. I own another Surface Laptop 3 so I was aware of what to expect, this one works same as the other one I own.

Pretty but unreliable: has basically always had crashing issues and trouble turning back on
I've had this laptop for about 2.5 years. I want to replace it, but feel like a laptop should last at least 4 years before replacement.The touchscreen is great, and the laptop is pretty. What is less great is its tendency for the screen to go black and unresponsive (keyboard still backlit). Also annoying is when it will not turn on when you hold the power button, and you have to hold the power and volume up button and pray. These issues have gotten worse the longer I used the laptop, but they've been around basically since the beginning.I enjoy this laptop when it works. However, this laptop is unreliable and I would not buy it again.

The first arrival has a problem with battery, and the replacement works great so far. Multilingual keyboard works but needs to take some getting used to…
