These loupes (x2.5) are very reasonably priced, and do the job very well. They are reasonably light, comfortable to wear (over my prescription lenses) and have a wide field of view when set up properly.I will be purchasing a backup set as soon as possible.

Broken and there is black fragment in the actual eye piece which can’t be removed . Paying 80 dollars , you would expect better

You may just need magnification occasionally or you may feel pressured by colleagues into using magnification in your line of work or even told that you must buy loupes if you are training for certain professions. I’m not happy at all as it is not fit for purpose

I got these on a whim as I never got used to my professional 3.5x loupes that I got many years ago (they are just collecting dust in their case) but wanted something for root canal work and this fits the bill. So if your a dentist not wanting to take the plunge and spend thousands on loupes this should be good for you. I like that they clip on my regular glasses and are easy to use and adjust. The 2.5x distance gives you more room for movement as the depth perception is better.Added bonus is the price, I ordered a second pair as back up two days after recieveing the first pair. Well worth it!
