They made them even better! (better tapes/better fabric)
I buy these from time to time when the Walgreens brand starts acting up. Inevitably a change is always made in these "budget" incontinence products and usually it always winds up being awful. Not this time though. McKesson made the outside less papery and more soft and upgraded the tapes as well. It genuinely feels much closer to the nice, cloth-like fabric that you'd find on some more premium products. The tapes feel sturdy and remind me of those found on something like Huggies. The break point on me for tapes though is typically where the tape is attached to the diaper itself and not a problem with it actually sticking. Still, the last run of these that I had had some tapes that were very stiff and had some sharp corners. Those are gone now and some nice, relatively soft ones are in their place. Unlike the walgreens brand they don't seem to have made them narrower either and they look well reinforced. If they act up on me in the coming weeks I'll amend this, but so far I'm LOVING the upgrades I also only wear these with boosters so I can't comment on the absorbancy but I don't find myself leaking often in these or running into massive capacity issues too early on. I can say with confidence that the leg gatherers seem to work much better than the Walgreens brand I was using. They seem to have nicer elastic. They ride a little lower in the back as well so they're more discreet. Might not be ideal for bed-time coverage but I've not had too much of an issue there. I don't have that many leaks in these and now they're even softer and quieter. Overall I'm impressed. I really wasn't expecting an upgrade to these. I'd sadly gotten used to the papery, cheap "cloth-like"-"fabric" that every company uses in this price range. Very, very happy. I'll be buying these a lot more often! I don't know who's steering this product forward, but whoever it is, cheers to you! UPDATE: To update, I have had some issues with the tapes stretching a little too much over-time and needing to be readjusted. This has lead to some leaks which I feel shouldn't have happened. If there was a way to minimize this or keep this from happening so that they would stay snug then these would be ideal. Especially the bottom tapes which have a habit of loosening up on me which leads to the leakguards failing. It's not a dealbreaker by a longshot, but It's a bit annoying and means they're not *quite* as attractive for night time use as I'd initially hoped.

Decent product, but still need a liner for ultra absorbency
These are what the hospice usually supply. I take care of an adult and she is a heavy wetter. These do not handle the level of urine but it does fine if you use a liner inside. When the person is bedridden this is easier to work with than the pull-ups that we've been putting on her. It does not handle the amount of urine that she expels but a liner added to it works very well. The two types of liners we normally use are: the McKesson Ultra liners for the daytime when we can get her cleaned up more often. The McKesson ultra liners last probably about 8 hours for her. However at night we use the Abena brand liners #11 for overnight care. The Abena liners outlast the mckesson's by 2 hours or more of use, 10 hours. These brace are fairly comfortable for her, but it's really the liners that determine how heavy the absorbency would be.

HORRIBLE! Do NOT buy!
These are the worst diapers ever! My teen daughter has spina bifida, needs a catheter overnight, we have been through a lot of diapers, but these have to be the worst. They are so thin that when held up to light, you can see through the cheap, tiny wads of thin bunches of cotton that is supposed to be coverage? I double diapered her and she still woke up soaking wet, I had to strip the bed and wash her as well. The tabs are thin and cheap as well, just trying to adjust them to her, they will completely rip OFF! I now have to TRIPLE diaper her with these cheaply made diapers until I run out of them. I cannot afford to simply throw them away, but I totally would LOVE to pitch them completely! Each morning, I wake up wondering if they will be sagging and falling off of her .. or if I will have a mess to clean... or both! Poor baby, and poor Mama! I hate having to worry about her coverage every night with these things!

Not thick for max absorbency
I have purchased the Ultra and the Ultimate brief. Both appear to be the same. I found the tabs on both are stuck to the brief in an odd way, I have ripped both of them trying to peel it off. Very easy to tear these briefs. Iโm running out of options since the briefs I always purchase for her appear to be discontinued now. Just making do with these briefs, I even put a pull up under these for max absorbency, seems to work for now.

good value for the money
we have a non verbal autistic 22 year old in diapers. he is 6โ 2โ and only weighs 125 due to his metabolism and the seizure meds that he is on. it was hard to find a diaper big enough to fit him, but with small enough leg openings so that. everything didnโt just fall out. we were using tranquility but they have doubled in price over the last 6 years, and with 3 to 4 (sometimes 5) changes a day, diapers started competing with our food bills. enter these diapers, they offer great protection, and seem to be comfortable (as he will remove anything that irritates him, even in public!) and the resealable tape is nice so we can check him without destroying the diapers if heโs still clean. he drinks a lot of water, and these are absorbent enough hold it all during the day, and we put a diaper pad liner in for overnight just in case. he likes to sit like a bird, feet flat on the ground, with his knees in front of his chin and his bottom off the ground (when i try that, i fall over) so we appreciate the extra stretch and give they have.
