Kitchens of India Chicken Curry Paste, 3.5 Ounce (Pack of 6)

Our family loves this curry paste. We used to be able to get it at our nieghborhood store and then it was gone. We found it again at a specialty store and would buy them 6 at a time. Always having at least 2 of them in our pantry. Now that specialty store doesn't sell them. I don't understand why!?! It is the easiest thing to make all you do is cook some chicken and veggies in some butter or whatever you use and add the paste with some water. Serve on the rice of your choice. We even did it with pasta when we realized we were out of rice and it was wonderful too! Its a delicious and spicy dish that our whole family eats even my vegans without the chicken just veggies! We will be ordering thru amazon from now on.

I like to make everything from scratch but can't pull off Indian food. My sister turned me on to this. Good ingredients and tasty. It has a little kick and I serve with sour cream or yogurt to lesson the heat and for the taste. I serve with basmati or plain white rice, frozen peas, and the sour cream.

Good stuff I cook my chicken a bit first then I cook off some onions and serrano garlic sometimes potatoes. Then I add everything back and the paste and water. Spicy and tasty.

I like the flavour and ease of use. Makes enough for three to four servings using one pound of chicken.

Great tasting paste with lots of flavor in a sealed foil freshness package. Better to saute the chicken in pan for 10-15 minutes, then add paste with some water and simmer for 20-30 minutes adding water as required to get desired sauce consistency. Finish off by stirring in a tablespoon of butter.

Kitchens of India is the best brand in my experience. Their curry pastes produce restaurant quality dishes. We like it with cauliflower better than with chicken, but both are great, or do both as a combo and throw in some chickpeas too, delicious!

Great spicey flavor, easy preparation, ready in about 20 minutes. Great with Basmati rice or on flatbread or a flour tortilla.

This is so easy to make and is wonderful curry. I highly recommend this.
