Updated: The seller contacted be directly, issued a refund, and sent me a new pair. The new earrings did not have this ragged end and they are beautiful. Love them, will definitely order from them again. I appreciate them reaching out and working with me to fix this.I’ll give it that the earrings are really pretty. However one of the big hoops have a ragged end. This makes it extremely uncomfortable to put in my ears, almost making me bleed. I will reach out and work with the company to see if I can correct this and fix it because they are good looking earrings, but I just can’t force wearing it.

The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because it is not black like it shows, it's grey instead, the color was disappointing... but I've bought many products from this seller and they always make great jewelry and are very kind and genuine always work with you if you have any issues of any kind. I'd recommend this seller, just disappointed that it was grey instead of black.

I love the style and sizes. The only problem is that the medium pair (the one I wear the most), one of the hoops, the latch doesn't open or close. I feel like if I force it, it will break. I do not see it lasting too much longer.
