This bag looks great and functions very well. I especially like the mesh side pockets for tape and the brush holders. The material is very durable and the design is pretty cool looking. If I could make any sort of suggestion it would be that it could be a little bigger. Other than that I’m extremely happy with the product and the service. Plus there’s a lifetime warranty on manufacturers defects (a great bonus). Thanks Survivor for a great product. 😁

My first impression of this chalk bucket is that it is sturdy as heck. Pre-pandemic, I used to go to the climbing gym at least three times a week, so I tend to put my chalk buckets through the ringer, tossing them around and shoving them into my backpack. This one is made with some extremely tough weatherproof material, and I can tell it’s going to last me years of use.Going more into the details: I especially like the storage capabilities, with two zipper pockets on the bottom of the bag, which I can put my mini liquid chalk tube, Climb-On, and roll of athletic tape into. I like to keep my phone in the mesh pocket on the side for easier access during climbing sessions. I can’t figure out the purpose of the middle nylon loops on the bag, but I guess you could use them to clip the bucket onto your harness (although it’s a little large for that) or your backpack with a carabiner if you wanted.I like the “lunchbox” shape of the bucket because it’s deep and stands up on its own (once you open it up fully and bucket the internal straps together to keep it open), but I can’t really get the “lock and roll” feature to execute perfectly. The outer material plus the top magnetic strip is so stiff that it’s awkward to make the outer buckles meet without pushing out a cloud of chalk dust in the process, so it usually just goes into my backpack at full size. This isn’t enough to deduct a star though, especially since the toughness of the material is mostly a selling point.Lastly, I love the thoughtful design touches which really makes this product look high quality - the topographic print of Yosemite is really cool, and the Survivor logo on the bottom zippers completes the look. Note that the product photo makes the design look almost silvery-white, but it’s closer to a light gray in real life. Overall this chalk bucket is a great value for the price and has a lot of good things going for it.

My partner and I have been using this chalk bucket for a few weeks now, and we really like how it looks and feels. Its features work great and we have no complaints, though we've only used this in indoor bouldering gyms. So far, anyway.

This chalk bucket has done great. Easy to use and much better than A chalk bag. Reason it’s not a five star is I find it folds over instead of its form.Overall, does its job

Ok I spent way too much to much researching chalk buckets and wanted one that looked cooler than the weird neon ones or boring black ones (no hate to the companies that make those or people who use them, I just didn't like them personally)I have an affinity for topo maps so when I saw this bucket I knew it was the one, and ordered it without really paying attention to the features. Thus I was extremely pleased when it arrived and it had all the features I wanted and appeared very well made. It has a magnetic closure which I'm very excited about, pockets on both sides, and is nice and sturdy and stands up on its own. Has little loops for brushes as well. Also it was way more affordable than many of the other more boring ones! Highly recommend.
