And when I say it looks good in any room, I really mean it. How do I know? I actually have one in every room! If you're looking for a light that isn't going to blind you while you're stumbling around trying to find the toilet, this one is for you. The best part is that you can plug it in to where it's turned upwards to put out more light or plug it in where it's turned downwards to put out not so much light.My house has standard size rooms and I have them turned upwards since they're spare rooms and no one sleeps in them and it lights up the whole room, but not too bright. I'd say it puts out enough light for you to be able to tell if you're about to run into anything or not. In the hallway I have them turn downwards because I don't have any furniture in it. I just want enough light to be able to have a little sense of direction. I love how it's not bulky and it only takes up one plug. Unlike most night lights where you can't plug anything else into the outlet other than the light itself.There's not a switch on it. It comes on when it gets dark enough and goes off when there's enough daylight. I love this night light!!

We have purchased a number of these to use around the house. They match our brushed nickel hardware in our home. They are a dusk to dawn type light which is great for saving a bit on the electric bill. They are LED so should last a long time and less power consumption. These were at one time available at Walmart, where we originally purchased our first few. For some reason, Walmart stopped selling them so we came to Amazon and found them. We are considering buying a few more with our next order. In our case, it was an "add-on" item and could not be purchased alone, had to be included with another item purchase.

Bought this as an add on item, works great, had bought it for our bathroom however it is so bright,moved it to the dining room where it is less obnoxious !

I bought these because the price was right but overall they are pretty cool. I put one in my house and the other 3 along the front porch. They add just enough accent light to illuminate the front railing of my porch but just a bit too dim. Overall a cool led light that is a dusk to dawn light and easy to move around.

I like the finish and the price was decent. This is a 2700k light I am looking for a 4000k or 5000k light. If this would have been a 4000k or 5000k I would have purchased 3 more, I thought about returning it but for the price I will just keep it.

I love these. just enough light but not too bright. one is on full display in my living room due to where the outlet is located. They look expensive/classy, metal-like (altho they are plastic).

Wanted a nightlight for the puppy and this is fine. In a standard outlet, it throws more light if pointed upwards, I prefer it the other way. It’s bright enough. There’s no switch and it’s disposable. Stays cool and if I needed another, I’d buy the same thing. Looks better if you’re able to dedicate the entire outlet to the light. If you had multiple outlets at the same level and wanted to place 3 or more lights, these would look very good.
