Great camo product for Wildlife`
Great product, birds will be landing on your camera lens (almost). The first day out I was able to shoot birds I had neverseen before in my area (belted kingfisher, eastern wood pewee). Took about 15-20 minutes to settle, get the birds accustomed to the camo tower. After that they didn't notice me. Best feature, it's light, very portable. Light weight material has a big screened viewing area that lets the breeze through. It gets hot quickly in the sun but that's to be expected. I tried shooting sitting on a small tripod seat but didn't have the horizontalreach that I had standing. It will also move a bit when you move so go slow and it won't be a problem. One other great advantage, it seemsto dampen or eliminate mirror slap disturbance. Those shots you took that spooked the birds are almost eliminated.

I did return this because it is very hard to get up under it and unless you are wearing a hat, hard to keep all the material from getting in the way. Well constructed heavy material. Wish it worked for me.

Not what it used to be
Sometime over the years that this product has been out they changed the material that it was made from, the blind is much heavier then advertised now. There are no are no left and right slots like in the description. The mesh window is not very big and the perifrial visibility is poor.

Excellent Quality, Made in the USA
Pretty much any camouflage pattern will work for wildlife photography, and this one is as good as any for a wide range of settings. The material is heavy enough to withstand a lot of use, there is enough of it to cover the user, a comfortable chair and a big lens and camera plus tripod and gimbel head. The seams and Velcro fastenings are all first rate, and in use it allows plenty of visibility through the screen. In hot weather, and direct sunshine, it is generally pretty warm under there, and in cool weather, this is a blessing. I generally set up in the shade anyway. Highly recommended.

Blocks out the sun
I take photographs of sunspots. Without some sort of shield from the glare of the sun, it is very difficult for me to focus on the susnpots using the "live-view" of the LCD display on the rear of the camera. With this blind, though, I have been able to take very well focused photographs.

This blind works great. Light
This blind works great. Light, portable and easy to set up. I have had very, very wary wildlife walk right up on me to the point that they are within my focusing distance of my big lens.
