**Q: What size is the gel pack that comes with this?  I want to order a 2nd gel pack.  Thanks.**
A: The gel pack is 10" x approx. 4.25".

**Q: I want to use this on my lower back. Will it fit around a 42" hip area?**
A: I believe it will work.  Might be a little snug.

**Q: how is the gel pack held in the belt so it does't fall out?**
A: There is a packet inside the belt to slide in the gel pack and with the belt tight to the body it can't fall out.

**Q: is the pouch large enough to use a blue ice pack like the Hard thick kind that go in coolers ? dimensions 6.5 "long 3.5" wide**
A: The actual pouch measures about 10" x 6". It's made of a stretchy mesh. I have a large ice pack in mine, but the mesh isn't strong enough to hold it in place, so I wear the belt tight enough to keep it secure.

I love that this gave me just more real pain relief than all the really expensive ones I've used--including one I was fitted for that cost a fortune. The best aspects of the strap are the comfort, support and flexibility. However, it can take me 2-3 minutes to put on and secure it properly. The straps get caught every single time when placing around the body. I use it every day except on Sunday. So far over 2-3 weeks, it has been a good purchase. I specifically use it for lower back support while on a stationary bike and rowing machine. I do not use traditional weights (anymore). I like it over my shirt not directly on my skin. I'm 6'1, 228 pounds and it does not bunch up on me. I do not use the lower back insert that it comes with. Maybe I should, time will tell.
