How do you clean the headband?

There is a opening in the material and the wires ear/ear pieces slide out and you can wash the band like any other head band at that point.

I tried a similar product for sleeping and the speaker part was hard and made my ears hurt after sleeping on them, it this sleep headphones have that

The first night I tried these I had to ditch them partway through the night because I'm a side sleeper and these things hurt my ears. The speakers are hard, round disks almost 1-1/4" x 3/8" / 30mm x 9mm thick in a thin foam wrapper that does little, if anything, to soften the pressure on my ears.

Is the material of this sleep headphones bluetooth breathable? I'm concerned with it being too warm for sleeping.

This sleep headphones bluetooth is great. It's comfy and absorbent, the sound quality is great and I don't have to worry about earphones falling out of my ears anymore! The fabric of the headband is light and breathable, it has a slight satin feel to it making it feel like it's not even there after wearing it for a few minutes. I like that the fabric is shaped to cover just my ears allowing for nice ventilation and keeping me cool. Great for hot weather!

I don’t download music and i don’t have playlists. How can i listen to something with this sleep headphones? I do gave amazon music.

You can listen to whatever you can listen to on your phone, computer, tv, and alexa type devices. It uses bluetooth to connect.I download free audiobooks from the library and listen to them when I go to bed. I've had eye surgery and can't read right now, so this sleep headphones is great for me!

Great product!

The headphones connected without issue on the first try and have a decent connection range! They fit great, they're comfortable for laying down, they're not too warm or suffocating, and the battery life extends beyond what's advertised. The sound quality is also excellent! All in all, these were a great purchase!

Update Great at first

I was able to return the defective pair and got a new pair and they have worked perfectly. I even just took them to Iceland and they were perfect. Additionally after my review the company reached out and wanted to see if there anything else that could be done. So i would say fantastic customer service and my initial pair may just have been defective! I used these for about a week at i loved them. They were much softer sound wise than my in ear head phones. This made it ideal for sleep plus i wouldn’t risk losing a head phone. Connecting them was easy and it had the added bonus of being like an eye mask to cover my eyes. However after a week of use they stopped working. They would turn in and connect but after about a minute Of use would turn off and disconnect. I thought at first this was a charging issue but i charged them for about 12 hrs giving them ample time and still the same thing happed. Disappointing because prior to this i was going to leave. 5 star review they had significantly help me fall asleep.

Great option for side sleepers!

This is a really good option for side sleepers. Very soft and comfortable material! I was worried that the earphones and controller would be sewn into the material but it appears that they can be maneuvered to be removed so the band can be washed. Sound is pretty good for price. Overall pretty happy with these.
