Didn’t last four months. Terrible product and now they won’t let me return
Ordered in June 2021 and it no longer works - October 2021. Would have thought it would at least work for a year! Terrible.

Idk wtf happened.
Worked great for the first few months then it stopped working all together. It seems not to be puncturing the pods anymore? Just noise and steam no coffee drips out. Then when I run just water with no pod it runs. I have contacted customer support on this and no answer for months. Still trying to find a solution to this.
