How many come in a box?

Only one comes in a box, I would recommend buying 2 for washing purposes.

I am normally a size 10, but I'm not sure what I'll measure after my c-sec. Too small = painful. Too large = not enough support. S/M or L/XL for me?

I think a S/M would work. I was a size 16 to 18 before pregnancy and I ordered the L/XL. It fit perfect after c-section. I am 5 weeks out and it's a little big now. I used this with the waist wrap the post op nurse gave me and I felt great. Gives you the support you need to move around and reduce pain. Also found it very helpful with bumpy car rides. Hope this helps.

Comfy, yet super supportive

I had my c-section back in June and due to some other health issues I was experiencing I needed to find something to aid in walking around less than a week after my c-section. These were life saver. They helped with the pain, and helped me feel so much better. They were just tight enough to provide support, yes still comfortable and stretchy to not cause me any issues. I would highly recommend for c-section recovery.
