Q: Where can I find replacement gaskets for this item?

I notified them about a gasket issue I was having and they said the do not make replacement parts. They are replacing the entire cup. Had to provide photo proof of the issue.

Q: what is the difference between the autoseal westloop and the snapseal?

Don’t know what the other one is but a snap seal means you basically snap it down and it locks shut. And no spilling.

Q: how is this different from the older model?

I don't think it is different. It is the same as the one I lost; that is why I ordered it. I missed mine too much.

Q: Is the cup and lid dishwasher safe?

I don't have a dishwasher so it's been washed by hand!
