The label does not state grade a, but description does. can you verify if it is grade a? perhaps the seller can clarify if it has been tested.

I'm not the seller, however I can vouch for the product. It is very good. I made salves and perfume and have had many many persons say the love the texture. I wasn't aware of any grading of Shea butter. If it's "graded" like essential oils are, I don't hold much stock into it. I've researched the grading system and numerous sites ( which I can find for you if you're interested), say it's more or less the seller branding their own product as "grade A." There is no official entity, government or otherwise, that has been given this power. The American Shea butter institute, has established a grading system and they will test your samples and grade it based on their criteria for a small fee. They have an informative website that, based on their criteria, would grade te Shea butter I purchased from this seller, as "grade A."

Is any other oils mixed in the shea butter?

It was advertised like it was raw and nothing added. But it has a perfume smell (not shea butter) and it leaves vaseline like residue after all the shea is gone.
