This little vacuum cleaner is fantastic for the price. It's extremely powerful, but remember to clean the bag less container each use, don't let the cone inside get clogged up as it will reduce suction.Very mobile, lightweight but super powerful. I always used to buy expensive Miele vac's ten times this price. At this cost I will simply buy another as back up. Way to go LG!Only one drawback, is I don't like the way the foot fits onto the machine stand jack, it's a little tricky to get it to stand.

The motor started making weird noise and there was burning smell. I contacted LG service center in al qusais, they said they will not service it since you bought it from amazon. Then I called amazon and they said you need to contact the manufacturer. So the bottom line is it stopped working in 6 month and no one took the ownership.

I was initially happy with this vacuum cleaner—it worked well for the first few months, picking up dust and debris efficiently. However, after about 7–8 months of regular use, it completely lost suction. I cleaned the filters, checked for clogs, and did everything recommended, but nothing helped.

While it worked it was a good vacuum cleaner, but the motor started making a scary noise after 14 months of use and there was a strong burning smell. I note that there is a similar report from several users, so this is a problem design issue with this unit. I do not recommend this model.

Up until now, the vacuum cleaner had very good suction and seemed like good quality. However, after 7 months in use, it just started to make a strange sound and smoke started to come out from it. Clearly a vacuum should last more than 7 months! I no longer recommend this product.

I used to sell vacuum cleaners back in the day and the predecessor to this model i.e. VC4220NHTR was the best in this price range. Extremely powerful suction and ofc LG always have an upper hand in canister vacuum cleaners. I had a chance to compare products from different brands at the outlet I worked for and I kid you not no other brand offers 380AW suction power at this price. Easy to clean, washable filters and compact. Buy it before LG decides to phase them out as they already phased out Kompressor series canister vacuum cleaners.
