Definitely does something, because you can see the gunk it sucks out of your skin. Not as great as I expected it to be, but works fine. Tools shown in the picture are not included either.

I bought this because I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg to upgrade my PMD from the basic model. They are not kidding when they say this thing is powerful! I showered, used my PMD to exfoliate then used toner and followed with this beauty! The gunk I still was able to suck out of my pores on my nose was insane! I was very skeptical about it and tried it on the highest setting right away which ended up being way too much and left me with a mark but was mostly gone by the next day. Lesson learned I went down to the first setting and I was impressed. I haven't used all of the attachments but as far as I'm concerned this is so worth the money if you want to get a deep clean of your pores to hopefully shrink them down a bit!🤞🤞 with that being said if you have sensitive skin I would caution you to the suction power. I feel I have pretty tough skin even on my face so if you feel you're more delicate this may not be for you.

The amount of gross junk that comes out of your pores is awesome lol but you can see such a difference in your skin the next day.2 mistakes I made at first and almost gave up on this thing, 1. Let it fully charge. It needs the power. 2. Make sure your using the right piece and your face has been primed with a damp hot cloth or steam your face first. If your not getting good suction or seeing results, try a different adapter piece thing.

Highly recommend for people with large pores. This will clean ‘em out and omg the oil that comes out is gross but well worth the clean flawless skin. Best face product I bought. Steam the vacuum the skin while moist for best results!!

It’s not very great at sucking the blackheads out. But it works. It’s better than nothing.
