I dont know how to say this but I dont feel like its helping me tone up my abdominal muscles. I've been doing core exercises for a month already without using any equipment & when I tried this hoping it will be more helpful, I didnt feel any strain in my abdomen compared to doing core workouts without equipment. I always think if I cant feel a tightening & strain on my muscles then it's not working. This maybe be useful for light exercise or people with bad backs because it helps in the pulling of back or people who are starters. But this is not for vigorous exercise or people who has been exercising for a long time.UPDATE: the seller contacted me to try their upgraded version of this product. They have sent & their new product has 2 springs which makes it harder to pull which is what I'm exactly looking for. Excellent customer service.

I had search and look and compare so many of these Tummy trimmer on amazon. I give a try on this item. It came very box and i didn't expect it's very small - can easily carry around. I start out work 3 set of 30. The Spring is strong, material use is good.

The exerciser is great for sit ups, I had something similar many years ago, using it l actually lost weight all over..hoping this will get the job done😊

I like this. I have arthritis and sometimes my hips hurt. I can use this as a pseudo rowing machine and my hips don't hurt. I look forward to using it every night.

Just as described for strengthening stomach muscles that get lax after childbearing and as part of aging process. Use it a couple times of day.

This was a great little item to start off with for beginners . I really did enjoy using it ,unfortunately I been using it for a month and the spring just stretch out of alignment. Pretty upsetting considering how much I like this little item . I did ordered another one , hoping I dont have the same problem . I've worked in machine shops in the past and I know every now and then a defective product will pass through unnoticed . I'm hoping thats the case here . I also ordered one with double springs . Hopefully this new will last a little longer if it does I will add on to this review and give it 5 stars . Honestly I was happy with the results I was getting . Please keep in mind if your looking for an intense work out you probably wont get it with this , but if your just beginning to work out and you want to start off slow and your over the age of 45 this is definitely worth it .

Dangerous cheap shoddy! I hardly used this and after a few times of use the metal snapped causing it to shoot off At the end wit ha shape blade exposed. It caused injury to my feet as it shot back, could cause serious harm. . Complaint Ignored by seller.

Standard piece of equipment - the handle bars hurt the inner palms after a short while - which is something a lot of other reviewers had also commented on.I think I would have been better off spending same amount on the rope multi exercise piece

When this first arrived it was in good condition and worked really well while using it and got a good workout from it.. But then on the 4th day while exercising the foot pedal strap broke.. Now I can't use it...

I have only had the this product four a few months it is broken and I have emails the company they have not got back to me

This offers a number of different basic work out options for abs and legs - it's easy to store and I like the colour. Good value for money.
