I have searched for about 2 months for a super cute yet efficient work bag. I wanted something to hold my padfolio, planner, IPad, and Laptop. This was perfect! I was very impressed on the packaging of this bag. The handles were wrapped in plastic, styrofoam inserts were placed in the hoops of the bows to keep them from getting flat, the bag itself was inside a dust bag and also a plastic bag. Thank you for taking the extra steps to prep this bag for shipping. The quality of this bag is high end. It’s absolutely perfect and super cute! I purchased Thursday night and it was delivered to me that Saturday.

I've had this bag about a week now so it's been ample time to decide if it meets my needs. Overall, it does but I probably won't use this bag often and will be looking for a different one. As some reviews have indicated, this bag is more of a tan than it is gray. It's still a gorgeous bag but I would have preferred the pink and gray color scheme, as depicted. I also read reviews that said this bag was quite stiff; also correct.I was looking for a bag that would accommodate my 15" laptop, a portable keyboard, mouse, tablet, charger and a few small personal items so that I wouldn't also have to carry my purse. Everything does fit but it's tight and any items that sink to the bottom, I find myself deciding I can do without them. There is an outside pocket that I used for keys and lip gloss that I found was also tight to access. I don't see this bag loosening over time and for that reason, I'll only use it sparingly.The best feature about this bag is that the handles evenly distribute the weight and I didn't get shoulder strain. I was absolutely impressed at how light it felt with all of my things inside. It looks good and feels good. If only it was more expandable, it would have been a five star purchase.
