This AC Infinity screw set is my default choice for all server and AV racks. The carbon-steel screws feel solid, threads are clean, and the black finish looks sharp. The included nylon washers prevent panel scratches and give a nice snug fit. I’ve used several of these kits and every piece has been consistent — no stripped threads or weak cage nuts. For anyone who racks gear regularly, these are reliable, professional-grade fasteners that just work every time.

I've bought several sets of these in different sizes and these are now my "go to" rack screws. The packaging is great, the size is clearly labeled on the side, and I really like the incorporated washer. The end of the screw has a pilot making them easy to thread onto cage nuts or posts that are drilled for 12/24 screws. I'll definitely be ordering more of these to keep at each site I support.

You'd think that buying cage nuts is such a straight-forward process that it doesn't really matter who makes them. But it does. I've tried others, including those supplied with rack mounted equipment and surprisingly, something as simple as a cage nut can be messed up. When there is an issue, it has to do with properly fitting in the rack and the proper engagement of the screw in the nut. Certainly with the AC Infinity M6 Cage Nuts (c/w screws and Nylon washers) I did not have any problems whatsoever! The nuts snapped into my rack using my insertion/extraction tool, first time, every time. Prior to putting the nuts in, I checked to ensure the screws would go into the nuts without any hassles. And sure enough, it was all good. There wasn't a single instance where there was any cross-threading, binding or improper fit. Thread engagement was consistent from start to finish. I used the M6 Cage Nuts as I prefer using them over the M5 version as they provide a bit more security with the heavier shelves and components that I have in my rack. Along with the AC Infinity shelves I already have, these Cage Nuts are a welcome addition and final step to securing my network rack system.

The matt finish is a nice touch. After receiving these, used a set and because they were so easy to use, I used more to remount all my other equipment in my Dell 42U rack. These black clips go in so easy I had to check to make sure they went in all the way (which they were). These were perfect, and did the job I needed taken care of. Also, to clear any confusion, 1 piece = 1 screw, 1 cage nut, 1 washer (3 parts to 1 piece). I was unsure as well, however it is nice this item is marketed honestly (unlike tupperware). Rest assured you will have all you need for 50 M6 holes in your rack. ( 50 screws, 50 washers, 50 cage nuts ) The washers are on the screws in one ziplock bag, and the cage nuts are in a separate ziplock bag. Highly recommended.

Nice quality good packaging but the tips are easily stripped.
